Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates. Ensure that all warehouse staff adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity goals. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of AV entertainment and gaming products. Ensure that inventory is accurately tracked, organized, and readily accessible. Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate implement efficient order fulfilment processes to meet customer expectations for accuracy and on-time delivery. Follow safety standards and implement countermeasures when necessary. Ensure that products are stored in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensure staging and outbound warehouse processes support efficient outbound logistics operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement best practices in warehouse management, including sustainability initiatives, to align with the company's environmental and social responsibility objectives.
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues.
- Inventory record-keeping.
- Order Fulfilment: Manage the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers or retail partners. Collaborate with the logistics team to meet shipping deadlines and ensure that all products are properly packaged and labelled.
- Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards for incoming and outgoing goods. Address any product defects or discrepancies and implement corrective actions to resolve issues quickly.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure that the warehouse is compliant with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular safety audits and promote a safe working environment by identifying potential hazards and addressing them proactively.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve warehouse workflows to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline processes. Implement best practices for storage, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, order fulfilment, shipping schedules, and employee performance. Provide regular updates to management on warehouse operations, performance metrics, and any challenges encountered.
- Equipment & Tool Management: Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery. Ensure that all equipment is regularly inspected and in good working order.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including sales, customer service, and purchasing, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the operations team to optimize workflow and meet customer demand.

You should have:
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally.
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Proficient PC skills and working knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated customer service focus
- Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and support direct reports.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Minimum 2- 5 years of related work experience in Warehousing
- Safety certifications (minimum OSHA 30, First Aid/AED/BBP preferred)
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree or higher preferred)
- Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred
- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification
- Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets CDTR Driving Privileges standards
- Have or obtain OSHA 10
- Ability to keep and maintain a clean and orderly work environment meeting CDTR safety standards
It would be great if you have:
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
- Prior education in logistics, supply chain management or business administration preferred
- A passion for/experience in Themed Entertainment, Cruise/Hospitality and Immersive Experiences.
- Experience working with specialist, experiential sub vendors, such as ride vendors, AV suppliers, theming vendors etc
